Biography
Amanda Silcoff is a Toronto-based performance coach, vocal expert, music producer, performer, and entrepreneur. She is proud to be fostering the next generation of Canadian talent both at her Private Vocal Studio, Amanda Silcoff Voice, and at Spotlight Academy. She has a Bachelor of Music Theatre Performance from Sheridan College, and also trained at CAP21 in New York City. In addition to her vocal pedagogy background, Amanda is a seasoned piano player and music producer. She worked for several years as the Vocal Producer for the Mini Pop Kids, and continues to lead studio sessions all over North America.
Amanda loves sharing her creativity and passion for the performing arts both on and off stage! She has worked with various Broadway Composers developing new Musicals and has toured in professional productions, notably Grease. She taught Musical Theatre in Shanghai, China, starred as Kate in If/Then, originated the role of Kris in Lighters In The Air, and had the opportunity to perform with Stephen Schwartz, David Warrack, and the late Michael Burgess. In addition to her entrepreneurial endeavours, Amanda is currently working towards a Master’s in Music Business at Berklee College of Music. She was recently added to the Artist Development Team at HYBE Corporation, in association with BigHit Music Co. Ltd., working with their clients to hone performance skills and accelerate their careers.
